Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you may need to cancel an appointment. We hope you understand that our schedule is busy too and places are extremely limited. We want our cancellation policy to be clear, fair and allow enough time for others to take up the very limited places when cancellations are unavoidable. Please read the following carefully: Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 12 hours notice. If you cancel within 12-hours of the class/session start time, you will be charged for that class/session. Thank You.
