My first encounter with yoga occurred back in 2013 when l was living in Sri Lanka. However, it took me a good few years to make the shift and make yoga a lifestyle rather than just a form of exercise. It wasn’t until I met the right teacher that I could completely immerse myself in this mind-body science: to be able to live yoga, breathe yoga, think yoga.
I enjoy teaching Hatha Yoga with a focus on alignment, breathing and mindfulness. I’m a certified yoga teacher YICC 200 by The Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga as well as a registered member of Yoga Alliance RYT 200.
