  • Liability Release

​

Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to the risk of serious injury. You are urged to obtain a physical examination from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. 
 

Please complete the Health Declaration and Waiver before joining your first Motiv8 session.This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur as a result of: (a) your participation in any activity or personal training session and (b) instruction, training, supervision, or dietary recommendations by Motiv8 Fitness and/or your Motiv8 Fitness Trainer.

 

By completing the Health Declaration and Waiver, you acknowledge that you have carefully read the “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability.  You expressly agree to release and discharge Motiv8 Fitness and/or your Motiv8 Fitness Trainer from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Motiv8 Fitness and/or your Motiv8 Fitness Trainer for personal injury or property damage.

 

You agree that if you engage in any physical exercise or activity, you do so entirely at your own risk.

  • Package Validity, Cancellation and no-show Policy

We understand that sometimes "life happens" and you may need to cancel a booking. We hope you understand that our schedule is busy too and places are extremely limited. We want our cancellation policy to be clear, fair and allow enough time for others to take up the very limited places when cancellations are unavoidable.

 

Please read the following carefully:

Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 12 hours notice using the Motiv8 Wix App. If you cancel within 12-hours of the class/session start time, you will be charged for that class/session.

**Please note that a new 5 session packages will have a 3 month expiry and 10 session packages will have a 6 month expiry. You will be notified once you enter the last month, if applicable.Unused packages will be forfeit**

  • Inclement Weather Policy

​

Classes will always go-head in the rain or wet conditions, unless it is extreme weather.

​

If the weather is too extreme for the session to go ahead a cancellation notification will be communicated via Whatsapp and/or Motiv8 Wix App 45 minutes before the scheduled start of the session.

​

  • Minimum Participation

​

Classes will be cancelled if there is less that participants signed in.

​

  • Payments

 

Paynow (UEN: 53376318E) is the preferred method of payment. Cash and Cheque are also accepted.

All payments are non-refundable, non-creditable. Purchased packages are non-transferrable.

  • What  should I bring to a session?

​

Bootcamp and group sessions: Water bottle, towel, yoga mat, suitable workout attire and shoes and yourself!

 

Travelling Bootcamp, HIIT & Run: Water bottle/backpack with water pouch (whatever you feel comfortable running with), suitable running attire and running shoes and yourself!
