Christy founded Motiv8 Fitness in early 2018. What started out as a lifelong passion for all things health and fitness, has grown into a fun and supportive fitness community.

 

Originally from the UK, Christy has called Singapore home since early 2013 and like all working mums, strives to maintain a good balance of working and family life.

 

Her passion is HIIT, with a good measure of strength training and running. 

She loves what she does, bringing the Motiv8 fitness community together to achieve a healthier, fitter and happier lifestyle.

 

When not training clients or herself, Christy is a lover of food and travel.

Hi, I’m Lillian! Originally from Ireland, I’ve called Singapore home for the last four years , having spent many years in a series of diverse countries and cultures.
My background is in recruitment, but like many of us in Singapore, I’ve relocated with my husband and three daughters several times, embracing the fun and diversity each move brings.
Throughout all these changes, my love for fitness has remained constant. I’ve gone from completing marathons and half-marathons to exploring high-intensity interval training (HIT) and enjoying a wide range of physical activities, from boxing to yoga.
Now, as I embark on a new chapter in my life, I’ve grown to appreciate the benefits of strength workouts mixed with a healthy dose of cardio , good nutrition as well as a great night’s sleep. I feel stronger and fitter, and I recognize the importance of this training for building a longer and healthier future.
I’m excited to meet you all and continue to be a part of the wonderful community at Motiv8. 

You can meet Lillian at the all new Introduction to Strength session starting next Thursday 0815 at Evans Rd. This will be a small session with limited spaces available

I joined Motiv8 Fitness nearly 2 years ago.  I really wanted to up my fitness and just generally start feeling better about myself. The team certainly puts you through your paces, but after every session I feel a massive amount of accomplishment.  Along the way I have made some firm friends - a bonus indeed and have had some really laugh out loud moments. I have also personally worked with Christy as I entered the Singapore Aquathon earlier this year to raise money to a cause close to my heart.  I wanted to go into the race prepared so sought Christy’s help. She upped my game, taught me more about nutrition and fitness and built my self confidence up. I proud to say I completed the Aquathon in a time I was more than happy with thanks to Christy.  During Circuit Breaker, team Motiv8 kept all our spirits up by providing online sessions.
