Christy founded Motiv8 Fitness in early 2018. What started out as a lifelong passion for all things health and fitness, has grown into a fun and supportive fitness community.
Originally from the UK, Christy has called Singapore home since early 2013 and like all working mums, strives to maintain a good balance of working and family life.
Her passion is HIIT, with a good measure of strength training and running.
She loves what she does, bringing the Motiv8 fitness community together to achieve a
healthier, fitter and happier lifestyle.
When not training clients or herself, Christy is a lover of food and travel.

Kat is a mother to a four year old and 18 month old and specialises in pre and post natal fitness for women’s optimal health and performance.
Kat keeps fit via strength training and focusses on flexibility and mobility, as well as yoga and running. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading and brunching with friends!

Hi! I’m Jenny and I’ve been settling in to Singapore over the last few months. I’m loving the heat, the opportunities to meet new and interesting people, the diverse places to explore, the variety of cultures around and all that that offers to a community.
I have a background in primary teaching in the UK and for the past 6 years I’ve been living in New Zealand where I owned a local fitness studio. I love to take group classes and personal training sessions. I strive to ensure clients are motivated and challenged and I believe investing in a fitness community is where the best results happen.
I love to mix up my own training with plenty of road and mountain biking, running, swimming, surfing, strength circuits and playing with my two active kids!
My family often say ‘Life is an adventure or nothing at all’ and thats something that I love to share with others too.

I joined Motiv8 Fitness nearly 2 years ago. I really wanted to up my fitness and just generally start feeling better about myself. The team certainly puts you through your paces, but after every session I feel a massive amount of accomplishment. Along the way I have made some firm friends - a bonus indeed and have had some really laugh out loud moments. I have also personally worked with Christy as I entered the Singapore Aquathon earlier this year to raise money to a cause close to my heart. I wanted to go into the race prepared so sought Christy’s help. She upped my game, taught me more about nutrition and fitness and built my self confidence up. I proud to say I completed the Aquathon in a time I was more than happy with thanks to Christy. During Circuit Breaker, team Motiv8 kept all our spirits up by providing online sessions.
